Today, we supply to some of the world's best-known brands and are renowned for the quality of both our systems and our customer service.At the start of 2016, we moved to our new offices in Kings Langley, offering state-of-the-art facilities, high security, and a spacious environment in which to work and welcome our clients.We work with our own team of software developers at ECR Sofia, Bulgaria.
A company which we acquired to broaden our development capabilities, and where all our software is produced. We never outsource and our UK and Bulgarian teams frequently spend much time working side by side either in Sofia or Kings Langley.Our very first ticketing solution was supplied to The Cutty Sark Trust in the 1990s, and shortly afterwards we installed an electronic POS system into Shakespeare’s Globe theatre. Both are still clients to this day.Today our latest software is used on five continents by many blue-chip leisure, hospitality, transport, ticketing and retail organisations. We are proud of every solution we have installed and have never failed on a delivery.
