The year also saw team ECR expand as we welcomed Guillaume, Jeff, James, Sean and Jack here at Head Office. And to start the new year 2017, this week we also welcome Tina, James, Martyn and Ricky, who joins us from David Lloyds, whilst our Bulgarian office has now grown further with 14 developers now in the team.

We are delighted to have won some fabulous new business over the past 12 months. February saw the signing of a new contract with long-standing clients Rail Gourmet. ECR are delighted to now be providing on board EPOS systems aboard East Midlands Trains and Grand Central Trains for Rail Gourmet.

Crews now benefit from a tablet-based solution with the latest in PED technology accepting all contactless and mobile wallet payment types in addition to more traditional methods.

Virgin Active have also recently confirmed that ECR will be working on an exciting new project with them. More to come on this story early in the new year! Meanwhile we have now successfully rolled out half the National Express fleet and are continuing installations during 2017.

Across the channel, deployment of our latest RailPoS software across the SNCF network has now taken place and work is already planned for phase two, during which ECR will develop additional functionality tailored to the specific requirements of trains both in France and wider into Europe.

We are all looking forward to making 2017 an even greater success for every one of our clients. Happy new year!
